Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the R&D team, shaping the direction of multiple product teams.
  • Enforce smooth implementation of standard product development processes.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery, aligning with scope requirements.
  • Drive the customs product portfolio into the future in collaboration with the product manager.
  • Optimize cross-department processes within the Customs division.
  • Manage the setup and enhancement of R&D processes, embracing agility.

Your Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on B2B software product success, ideally in the logistics industry.
  • Comprehensive experience in leading and driving product development teams.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Strong background in customer interaction, ensuring products meet market needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for effective interpersonal relations.
  • Technical know-how is a plus but not mandatory.
